A previous release stated the Tawa off-ramp was closed on SH1 following a single-vehicle crash. 

The off-ramp (northbound) remains open, and traffic is being diverted through the off-ramp. 

The northbound on-ramp is closed while staff work at the scene of the crash.

SH1 is closed northbound until the Keneperu on-ramp, where traffic is able to rejoin SH1.  

Please avoid the area if possible.
